Complete onboarding and complete your profile.
Add multiple portfolios of your previous work, so that clients can see the quality of your work.
Add a video of yourself, talking about your work. While this is not a necessary step, we highly recommend that you do this to help build trust and transparency. This will increase the likelihood of getting hired.
Take some skills tests, so clients know you are good at various skills.
After you do that, you can look for jobs here: Find work online and search for jobs relevant to your skills.

The rate is calculated in real time, and we select the partner which will give you the best rates possible. <ul> <li>Currency Conversion Fees</li> </ul> Our partners charge 1-2% of the withdrawal amount, plus a fixed $2-$9 fee per transaction. This is why the payment you receive may differ slightly from the bank currency conversion rate listed on google and other websites. We will show you the exact amount you will receive before you agree to the withdrawal. Currently, we only allow work contracts denominated in USD. From the goLance website, scroll down to the footer and click on "Download goMeter", or follow this link: Download goMeter

Click on the download button. The recommended platform will be chosen for your device but you also have the option to change it if you would like.

Once the file has downloaded, you will see it in your downloads folder. Double click on the goMeter Setup file

The goMeter will automatically open for you. Fill in your account credentials and there you have a downloaded and installed goMeter to track your contract's time.

**goLance **offers freelancers a way to withdraw their earnings straight to their bank accounts.

Understanding Bank Transfers

By choosing a bank method withdrawal, your goLance earnings are transferred directly into your bank account via different payment networks. This withdrawal method could either be a local or wire transfer. The difference between local or wire is where the money is converted. Money may be converted to your local currency before it reaches your bank, or after it reaches your bank. However, we will display the amount that will be received in your account when you choose to withdraw. This could either be the exact amount or an estimate.

Relevant Information About Bank Withdrawals

goLance Fee: There is a standard $2 USD per transaction.

Payment Network Fee This amount can vary but can be between $7 to $65 per transaction.

Receiver's Bank's Currency Conversion Rate / Fee The fees can range between $0 to $50 per transaction, but can be even higher in some cases. This is determined by your bank and goLance has no say on this.

Time to Withdraw Up to 5 business days. The time can vary from withdrawal to withdrawal, as we use different networks to get you the best rate. Some are faster than others.

Advantages Generally low and predictable costs.

That is why we at goLance, offer the flexibility of adding PayPal as a withdrawal method for your convenience. However, it is only available on a limited basis. If you would like to know if you are able to add this withdrawal method to your account, please contact customer support.
