Terms and Conditions for the goLance Affiliate Program

General Information

The goLance Affiliate Program allows freelancers who are registered on the goLance platform to receive payments for referring new clients to the platform. Participants must comply with these requirements below:

Eligibility: The freelance affiliate program is open to individuals who are registered freelancers and sign up for or have an active account on our platform. To be considered for commissions, the user must also sign up for an Affiliate link.

Referral Fee (Commissions): Freelancers will be eligible to receive referral commissions for each client they refer to our platform who completes a qualifying transaction/ongoing transactions. The referral fee will be a percentage of the transaction value, as specified in the program details.

Qualifying Transaction: A qualifying transaction refers to a successful completion of a service by the referred client, resulting in revenue generation for our platform. The transaction must meet all requirements and be in compliance with our terms of service.

Referral Tracking: Freelancers must ensure that the referral is tracked accurately. To receive credit for a referral, freelancers should provide their unique affiliate link to the client during the signup or transaction process. Only referrals made using the provided affiliate link will be eligible for the commissions.

Payment: Referral fees will be paid to freelancers on a predetermined schedule, as outlined in the program details. The payment will be made via the preferred payment method specified by the freelancer in their account settings. Minimum payment thresholds may apply, and any applicable taxes or fees will be deducted from the referral fee.

Prohibited Activities: Freelancers engaging in fraudulent activities, such as creating fake accounts, artificially inflating referral counts, or spamming, will be disqualified from the program and may face legal consequences. Freelancers should promote our platform in a lawful and ethical manner.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or modify the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. Freelancers may also choose to opt-out of the program at any time by contacting our support team.

Relationship: Participation in the freelance affiliate program does not establish an employment or agency relationship between freelancers and our company. Freelancers are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes and compliance with local laws.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to freelancers via email or through our platform.

Agreement: By participating in the freelance affiliate program, freelancers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as our overall terms of service.
