Exclusive Versus Non-Exclusive Contracts

Exclusive Contractor

Exclusive contractors can only work exclusively with the Company and not as an independent contractor. Your profile, photos, and job proposals will have the company brand on them and all payments will be sent to the company.

Non-Exclusive Contractor

Non-exclusive company contractors can work for a company while working for themselves as an independent contractor to other companies. All company contracts will be paid to the company while independent contracts will be paid to you.
