goLance Messaging System

goLance offers a built-in messaging system that allows clients and freelancers to communicate within the goLance platform. This messaging system is designed to facilitate communication in real-time and includes email notifications of messages sent to your inbox.

Messages can be initiated from the contract page by clicking on the blue "Message" button for existing contracts, and can also be initiated from within the freelancer job application proposal. The messaging system allows attachments to be sent for deliverables or document exchange between the client and freelancer.

Existing messages and conversations can be accessed by clicking on the message bubble icon at the top right of the page.

It is important to keep all job-related communication within the goLance platform. goLance guarantees protection for both clients and freelancers only for jobs completed exclusively on the goLance platform. Any outside communication attempts increase the risk for both parties and limit goLance's ability to assist in case of a dispute. If you encounter any suspicious conversations or activities, please contact goLance support immediately.

In summary, goLance's messaging system provides a secure and efficient way for clients and freelancers to communicate and exchange files within the platform. By using this messaging system, both parties can enjoy the protection and support offered by goLance for jobs completed exclusively within the platform.

The following file types are permitted to be sent as attachments within the goLance message platform:
