Here a are the steps to manually invoice your client.

Make sure manual invoicing is enabled for your contract. By default, it is NOT enabled. Ask your client. To enable it, they can go to the Contracts page, select your contract, and click on the Settings button. Then they can set manual invoicing to "Allowed":



Click on your contracts page.
Select the contract you want to issue the invoice for.
Click on "Issue Invoice"



Enter the "Work Description" and "Hours".
Click "Preview"



If all information looks correct, click "Send". Otherwise, you can "Cancel" or "Edit" the manual invoice.
