How to Report a problem with the goMeter

Alternatively, you can contact support via the goMeter by:
Clicking on your name at the bottom left of the goMeter app.
Click on Contact Support.
Our Knowledge Base will be opened and you can open the chat window, in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Inform our customer support team of the following information
A detailed description of the problem you are facing. Include a screenshot and/or video capture if possible.
What operating system you are using and what version.
Which goMeter version you are currently using.
Our customer support will get back to you as soon as possible.
