If you have a problem enabling Two-Factor Authentication ( 2FA ):

Try entering the 6-digit code again. The code refreshes every 30 seconds, and as such, you may have input the authorization code after the timer has reset and the code expired. Restart your 2FA app, then re-scan the QR code to add it again, and enter the 6-digit code once more.

Enter the code from your 2FA application

Once entered, click verify to proceed to your profile

If the error message persists, please wait the allotted 30 seconds for a new code to be available and attempt the process again

Should you want to remove 2FA from your account (your profile will be less secure as a result) please follow the steps below:

Log into goLance.com and select, "Login".

Complete 2FA to successfully log in

Once on the landing page select the dropdown next to your profile image in the top right hand corner of the screen, select settings and then click on the security tab

Once on the security tab select "Disable". There will be a pop-up at the top of the screen in green showing that 2FA has been disabled.

Select to disable. Please take note of the recovery code instructions below the disable button

You have now successfully disabled 2FA on you profile and you will be logged in with only your user name and password.

Should you want to add 2FA back to your profile, follow the steps below.

Navigate to the security section under you settings as per the steps shown above and select "Set up using an app".

You will be asked to either scan a QR code or enter the code provided into your 2FA app. The app will generate a 6 digit code that you will input into the "App generate code" field.

You will get a confirmation at the top of your screen should you succeed.



You have successfully added 2FA to your profile and will login in with your username, password and 6 digit code generated via the app
