Collaborators are used to give access to your team members work diary to someone who isn’t part of your company. What that means is, let’s say you have a contract running. You would normally review the work of your team member by checking out their work diary. When you invite a collaborator they have access to view the work diary you selected. The advantage of this, let’s say you won’t be around for a few days and you want your assistant to step in and make sure work is getting done. The Collaborator would give them access to the work diary.
