Why has my account been blocked/ banned?
To ensure the safety of our clients and freelancers, we have established rules that all goLance users must follow. Failure to adhere to these rules or our Terms of Service may result in the blocking of your account.
Here are just some of the general rules that all goLance users must follow:
Respect other users at all times.
Do not communicate with other users outside of the goLance platform using email, Skype, or other messaging services. Doing so may prevent goLance from being able to assist you in the event of a dispute.
Use your real name and surname on the platform.
Do not falsify your identity or skill set.
Do not engage in any illegal activities such as spamming, scamming, fraud, or violating any laws or regulations.
Failure to comply with these security regulations will result in a ban on your account.
