Why has my job been declined?

At goLance, it is important to follow our job rules to ensure a positive experience for both clients and contractors. As a part of our commitment to upholding these standards, we monitor all jobs posted on our platform and take necessary actions against those that do not comply with our policies.

We understand that mistakes happen and that job descriptions may not always meet our guidelines. Therefore, we encourage you to review your job description and make any necessary changes to ensure it aligns with our job rules. Once your job meets our standards, feel free to repost it.

To create a successful job posting, please follow these guidelines:

Write your job description in English.

Be specific in your job description by including the skills and experience that you require from potential contractors, the deliverables you are expecting, and any deadlines or timescales.

Do not promote your own skills as a freelancer within the job description.

Do not invite other users to apply, work or pay outside goLance.

Do not engage in spam or fraudulent activities.

Please note that if your job description does not comply with our policy, we will not validate it. By following these simple guidelines, you can ensure that your job posting will be approved and that you will receive high-quality proposals from qualified candidates.
